In the midst of a busy summer season, we jumped into action to help an international client arrive from Australia set up, and function. Together we crafted a workforce plan that covered multiple locations and staggered shifts across the city. Starting with a core group working on logistics for 6-weeks and a main sales team joining in across the 14-day tournament with pop-up stalls and interactive entertainment.
