Job Role Lead the daily operations of a merchandise unit in a fast-paced event environment. Act as the main point of contact between the client and on-site staff, supporting the smooth running of operations throughout the day. Meet the team on arrival, share the Timestamp PIN, oversee cash declarations and manage staffing levels in real time. Communicate any updates or issues to Flair HQ promptly. Support and monitor staff performance, providing guidance and training where needed. Oversee stock levels, merchandising displays, shelf replenishment and inventory organisation to ensure all units remain fully operational and visually appealing. Allocate and manage staff breaks to maintain consistent coverage, and oversee end-of-shift cleaning and pack-down duties, including lifting and moving boxes of stock. Dress Code Dark/Black Casual.
Event Description The 2026 Commonwealth Games will take place in Glasgow, Scotland from 23 July to 2 August 2026. This marks the second time Glasgow has hosted the Games, following its successful 2014 edition, making it only the third city in history to host them twice.
