Ensure the correct slides are displayed and contact AV support for any issues. Assist delegates in finding seats, directing them to fill rows from the front, and adjust seating arrangements as needed. During Q&A, help by distributing the ‘catch ball mic.’ Manage room temperature and close doors during sessions. After each session, clear the room and track attendance by scanning badges.
