Greet your team, sign all staff in on the Google Timesheet using your phone and record breaks and finish times by the end of each shift. You must let the client know each day how many staff are onsite. During the shift, you will be scanning tickets, restocking products in the shop, replenishing the train with stock and operating Santa's naughty or nice scanner. You will need to be proactive at all times, moving to where you are required whilst delivering a high level of customer service. This role is a mixture of outdoor and indoor environments and requires you to stay in “character” at all times. Dress Code Casual black warm clothing with suitable footwear.
