Job Role Assisting at either the start or finish line. At the start line, organising runners into waves, providing information and directions, and ensuring the area is safe and orderly for the beginning of the event. At the finish line, cheering on finishers, distributing medals or refreshments, guiding participants through the chute, and helping maintain a smooth and celebratory atmosphere. Both roles are vital to the overall success and positive experience of the event. Clean up at the end of your shift, including litter picking. Dress Code Plain black sporty-casual clothing with minimal branding—black t-shirt, trousers/shorts/leggings (no tracksuits), shoes/trainers, a dark jumper or hoodie, and a waterproof coat.
Event Description The J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge is a worldwide series of 3.5-mile running events followed by hospitality. Set in the beautiful surroundings of Battersea Park, we’re assembling a proactive team that puts customers first. Flair is ready for the 2025 Corporate Challenge! Our team will be working across all areas of the event, from the main village—including registration and baggage—to on-course marshalling and refreshment stations.
