Job Role You will be responsible for ensuring the deployment of casual staff at your designated Venues across the UK. You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate staff are allocated to each event, relevant training is completed to a high standard and that all casual staff are adequately supported & utilised throughout their employment .You will play a crucial role in the recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of event staff. Dress Code Office Attire: Smart/ Casual and Presentable. Other Info Salary: £30,000-£34,000 based on experience. 45-48 hours per week. Seeking a People Orientated individual who has events & office experience. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in staffing major events, Stadia or Sporting venues.
