Job Role Checking tickets, selling and restocking products in the shop, filling gift bags, replenishing the train with stock and operating Santa's naughty or nice scanner. Be present during the pre-show & making sure visitors are looked after. Making hot chocolates and replenishing them for every train. You will need to always be proactive, moving to where you are required whilst delivering a high level of customer service. This role is a mixture of outdoor and indoor environments and requires you to stay in “character” at all times. Dress Code Casual black warm clothing with suitable footwear. Can wear Christmas jumpers and reindeer antlers. Will be provided with an apron / waterproof jacket to wear on outer layer.
