Job Role Motivate and encourage participants while maintaining their safety. You'll be out along the Bike course. this role requires lone working. Providing direction to runners and the public while being vigilant . You will be transported to your position as it will be off the main event site. A high level of customer service is required, as well as a flexible, can-do attitude. Clean up at the end of your shift, including litter picking. Dress Code Plain black, sporty-casual clothing. Event Description Set at the premier Rutland Water venue, the Dambuster Triathlon offers Standard and Sprint distance races for all abilities. The 2025 event introduces a closed-road bike course, aquabike, and junior races, continuing its 20-year legacy as a beloved UK triathlon.
