Job Role Welcome guests on arrival, guide them to their seats and manage queues for efficient and timely entry. Proactively offer directional support and answer any queries with a focus on customer service. Communicate key information to the event team via radio. Assist with pack-down at the end of the shift, including loading equipment onto vehicles - this will involve some lifting and moving. Dress Code Smart hospitality uniform.

Job Role Arriving early to meet the client and staff, as our on-site contact. Update us and record if anyone is running late/needs to cancel. Sign-in the team on the timesheet provided, whilst managing numbers in real time. You will organise/manage staff breaks and record them accurately on the timesheet. You’re responsible for supporting staff and monitoring their performance and motivation levels, creating a positive working environment for everyone. Record accurate working hours at the end of each shift with finish times and breaks for yourself and the rest of the team. Dress Code Smart Black collared shirt, tailored trousers or skirt.
