Job Role Staff to scan tickets as visitors arrive to site. If visitors leave site, to issue them with the relevant colour wristband so they can return same day. Directing people to areas of the event. May be required to undertake other tasks in line with customer services. Small amount of pack down is expected at the end of the shift. Dress Code All black, smart but warm. Sturdy shoes suitable for the outdoors.

Job Role 'Hot chocolate' is a key element in this magical tale and we are seeking people focused on quality delivery to prepare drinks for the guests. Working in a dedicated unit away from site, the team will make mountains of hot chocolate according to tight deadlines before preparing, delivering and collecting flasks and equipment from the train cars. Staff will also assist with off and on-boarding passengers between each ride. A safe working environment must be maintained while pouring hot liquids, lifting and carrying. Staff will be required to clean the work area and train, including clearing used cups and table cloths, hoovering floors, wiping tables and handling food waste. This job offers solid working days for the duration of the event, as well as full training. Dress Code Casual, warm, all-black clothing and suitable outdoor footwear.
