Job Role Provide excellent customer service, scan tickets, and assist the public with their questions. Small amount of packdown is expected at the end of the shift. Dress Code Presentable, all black. If you have bumbag / small cross body bag please bring it to keep your wristbands in!! If not, a tote bag can be provided onsite. You'll be provided with a Hi-Viz. Be prepared for the weather - you are working undercover but still bring a coat / wear waterproof, sturdy shoes
Event Description Manchester Pride is a world-leading festival celebrating LGBTQ+ culture, and you'll be instrumental in making it a success! The festival has several key goals: to champion LGBTQ+ equality globally, educate people to combat discrimination, and host a fantastic annual celebration for LGBTQ+ life in Greater Manchester, featuring events like the Parade, Candlelit Vigil, Gay Village Party, and Youth Pride MCR. They also work to raise awareness and support for LGBTQ+ mental health and provide grants to community groups. Event Description This large-scale public event is centered around two main inflatable attractions: the Mini Action Arena and the Action Arena XXL. The Mini course is a 160ft obstacle course with four themed zones, tailored for children aged 2-7 or under 1.2m tall, while the XXL course is the UK's largest touring inflatable—a 600ft challenge for anyone over 1.2m.
