Job Role Managing the rink and team, maintenance of the rink using the Glice vacuum, skate sharpening, daily reporting. Working on reception, signing people in/out with use of iPads on Eventbrite. Managing queues and waiting times, ensuring customers have a fun, enjoyable, and safe experience, overseeing team breaks and assisting with maintenance of the rink. You will be responsible for recording all team members hours and timesheet admin. Management experience is essential however you will be provided with onsite training. Pack down at the end of your shift. Dress Code Warm black clothing, suitable footwear.
