Job Role You'll be working in a customer facing role along the Trail of Lights. You will direct, interact with and assist visitors while they follow the trail. You'll communicate important information via radio system and will feel comfortable doing this. You will need to have knowledge of the trail and demonstrate great customer service and an enthusiasm for the event from the first week to the last. Please report any incidents/complaints.
