Job Role Operating the busy merchandise store for this magical event. Duties will include processing sales, upselling, keeping stock levels replenished, taking payments using iPads and PDQ readers, assisting with passenger onboarding for each train ride, tidying and packing down the work area between days, as well as maintaining a safe and welcoming environment throughout. Dress Code Casual, warm, all-black clothing and suitable outdoor footwear. Christmas jumpers, Santa hats and reindeer antlers are encouraged. An apron will be provided to wear on outer layer.

Job Role Assisting with setting up The Polar Express train, including installing garland and fairy lights onto 10 carriages, adding parcels onto parcel shelves on the carriages, placing black-out material on windows and placing stickers onto seating, as well as loading items onto the train such as boxes of bells and props. You must follow exact directions to the word, whilst working to strict deadlines. This is an outdoor working environment, so you must be prepared to work in cold conditions. This is a physical job; you will be working on your feet all day and must be capable of lifting and carrying stock.
