Job Role Provide excellent customer service, scan tickets, and assist the public with their questions. You are first point of contact for the event and must ensure smooth entrance of all customers to the stadium, therefore a high level of customer service is essential. Small amount of pack down is expected at the end of the shift. Dress Code Black trousers, jeans or chinos, t-shirt to be provided by client. Comfy shoes.
