Job Role Provide enthusiastic support and encouragement to participants while helping maintain a safe environment along the route. Offer clear directional guidance to runners and members of the public, ensuring the event runs smoothly. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the shift with a flexible, proactive ‘can-do’ attitude. End-of-shift duties include general cleaning and litter picking. Please note you must have your own transport to reach your marshal point, as public transport is not available. Dress Code Sporty & Warm

Job Role Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met across the site. Pick up litter, change bins and carry out regular checks of toilet facilities, cleaning units and restocking products as required. This is an active, hands-on role that requires efficiency, proactivity and being on your feet all day. Cleaning equipment, products and PPE will be provided. Dress Code Plain dark/black casual clothing.
Event Description Be part of a large-scale endurance challenge, set against the stunning backdrop of historic Bath. Around 2,000 participants will take on routes of varying sizes, all weaving through the city’s iconic landmarks before finishing back at the Racecourse basecamp for a celebratory end to the day.
