Job Role We are seeking a top-level team to work in a number of exciting roles. Checking tickets, selling and restocking products in the shop, replenishing the train with stock and operating Santa's naughty or nice scanner. Staff also move around the venue assist where needed working in a variety of environments throughout this magical setting. This role is a mixture of outdoor and indoor environments and requires you to stay in “character” at all times. Dress Code

Job Role You are our on-site contact for the client, the team and Flair HQ. Greet your team, sign all staff in on the Google Timesheet using your phone and record breaks and finish times by the end of each shift. You must let the client know each day how many staff are onsite. During the shift, you will be scanning tickets, restocking products in the shop, replenishing the train with stock and operating Santa's naughty or nice scanner. You will need to be proactive at all times, moving to where you are required whilst delivering a high level of customer service. This role is a mixture of outdoor and indoor environments and requires you to stay in “character” at all times. Dress Code Casual black warm clothing with suitable footwear. Can wear Christmas jumpers and reindeer antlers. Will be provided with an apron / waterproof jacket to wear on outer layer.
