Job Role Checking tickets on entry, directing the flow of passengers into/out of the venue, working in the shop to sell and restock merchandise, assisting with passenger onboarding for each train ride - all while delivering outstanding customer service. You will move around the venue to assist where needed, working in a variety of environments throughout the festive setting. This role is a mixture of outdoor and indoor environments and requires you to stay in “character” at all times to spread the magic of The Polar Express. Dress Code Casual, warm, all-black clothing and suitable outdoor footwear. Christmas jumpers, Santa hats and reindeer antlers are encouraged. An apron will be provided to wear on outer layer.

Job Role You are our on-site contact for the client, the team and Flair HQ. Greet your team, sign all staff in on the Google Timesheet using your phone and record breaks and finish times by the end of each shift. You must let the client know each day how many staff are onsite. During the shift, you will be scanning tickets, restocking products in the shop, replenishing the train with stock and operating Santa's naughty or nice scanner. You will need to be proactive at all times, moving to where you are required whilst delivering a high level of customer service. This role is a mixture of outdoor and indoor environments and requires you to stay in “character” at all times. Dress Code Casual black warm clothing with suitable footwear. You will be on your feet all day, wearing a backpack with a Polar Express banner/flag/sign to make you stand out in the crowd as staff. This is a customer-facing role, you will need to proactively greet people and help with event-related questions, providing excellent customer service throughout. Dress Code All black, warm clothes and comfortable outdoor shoes, e.g. walking boots. Wear smart trousers or presentable jeans – no rips.
